Abstract:
This article presents the results of an investigation conducted to export agribusiness in the state of Michoacán, where the competitive performance was measured using the AHP multicriteria approach (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to construct an index using the variables: quality, technological innovation, environmental management, price, market and agro public policy. We conclude that in general the agroindustrial sector has a high competitive level, with lemon processing product with the highest score. The results obtained allow to design public policies that strengthen the sector and achieve a sustained national and international positioning.
