Abstract:
The region “Ruta de la Salud”, (Health Route) in Michoacán, is a touristic corridor whose main attraction is the use of hot springs, currently the region capabilities are employed lowest than the potentiality and supply for tourism is focused in swimming pool. The present shows a regional diagnosis for propose a local development strategy, based on a SWOT and identifying elements of building social capital for the use of hot springs in the region as a trigger / facilitator of development.
