Abstract: Industrial wastewater discharge is a major source of pollution of receiving waters, which can affect both the sewerage network and waste water treatment processes. Taking measures, in order to minimize the impact of industrial wastewater discharged, must begin with the realization of a database of economic companies that discharge industrial wastewater into municipal sewage systems and establish monitoring programs, and then will be introduced advanced measures to improve water management industrial waste. This paper presents and proposes a structure of such a database comprising all data identification and characterization of economic operators connected to the sewerage system and the tools needed to carry out a monitoring program.
