Abstract: Constructions and installations water treatment facilities to be rehabilitated after a while. Technological process of rehabilitation is complemented with the modernization of structures, facilities and technologies used in water treatment. Research conducted on a settler at a drinking water treatment showed a number of negative aspects. They influence the process of water treatment technology and in particular quality parameters. People are present in the structure and facilities of the settling vessel in various stages of evolution. Hydraulic presents the most important degradation due to increased wear and tear over time and big time. Resistance structure present cracks and crevices through which water losses occur. The treated water collection presents important structural degradation affecting the operation. The absence of rehabilitation works determines the operating process. In the present state cannot achieve a proper water treatment sludge trap. The rehabilitation works to be carried out at the structural elements of the settling vessel mainly to interior and exterior walls. Rehabilitation and upgrading works to be carried out urgently to hydraulic treated water collection.
