Abstract: In the context of limited own resources, enterprises need cash income from investors, which will serve as a necessary complement to their own funds. When making an investment decision, the investor pays considerable attention to the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. The investment attractiveness of the enterprise is greatly influenced by the industry market in which it operates, but the existing methods do not take into account these factors. That is why the relevance of research and practical development of the system of key performance indicators in assessing the investment attractiveness of an economic entity is increasing. To make the analysis of investment attractiveness more accurate, a model of key performance indicators was developed, which will take into account the impact of the industry market on the investment attractiveness of the enterprise in which it operates. The results of the study and the calculation of the developed system of key performance indicators proved that the indicators of the industry market can have a serious impact on the investment attractiveness of the enterprise and play a decisive role in making an investment decision.
