Competitive advantages of the HR-service center of an educational organization in the context of digital transformation

Abstract: Introduction. The presence of a strategy not only determines the basis for ensuring effective solutions in the field of education but also affects the process of social development. Therefore, the formation of all organizational structures that ensure the success of the educational organization is an urgent task that requires its solution. The article considers the conditions for the formation of competitive advantages of the HR service of an educational organization in the context of digital transformation. Materials and Methods. In the study methods of scientific analysis were used: comparison, comparison, identification of the complex characteristics of an effective educational organization of personnel management, their structuring, generalization of data. A systematic analysis of research literature made it possible to identify strategic tracks for the development of the HR service of an educational organization and specify a phased plan for their implementation. Results. Features and principles, strategic tracks for the development of the HR service of an educational organization were identified, a description of the activities of leaders and talented professionals and an algorithm for developing an HR strategy in an organization of this type were presented. Conclusion. The authors of the article came to the conclusion that the activities of the HR service of an educational organization must be built in accordance with the main strategic tracks for the development of an educational organization, which are revealed in the field of forming a unified attitude to the activities of the service, creating a corporate culture and forming an educational space, focusing on intermediate and final results of activities, taking into account the priority organizational capabilities of the HR service in an educational organization. In the context of digital transformation, the use of software for diagnosing the potential of teachers and managers will help increase the potential of each educational organization in the education system.
