Abstract:
This paper is based on the survey that was conducted from June to September 2012 in Montenegro. The results of the survey are presented in public for the first time. The survey itself seeks to reach the expectation, needs and desires of tourists, to understand their attitudes and beliefs, as well as to highlight the main advantages and disadvantages of tourist offer in order to improve the quality of Montenegrin tourism and suggest the main marketing- management strategies for positioning of Montenegro as an attractive, unique, desired whole year destination with a recognizable image on global market.
