DISRUPTIVE PROCESSES AND MARKET EFFECTS IN THE SERVICE DOMINANT ASPECTS OF BUSINESSES: AN ANALYTICAL APPROACH

Abstract: The research focus of numerous theorists addresses social benefits and sustainable concepts, on which community ecosystems are based. Holding that sustainable eco-concepts that support the benefits of digital solutions and the values embedded in local community values, their arguments are elaborated, and represent the main reference frame of this paper. On the other hand, research that focuses on money and time-saving solutions, addressing issues of the global economy, offers alternatives for strengthening the ability of local communities to withstand and recover from challenges. Outcomes and effects should be measurable through the lens of the global context of the circular economy, the relevant ecosystems and available technological solutions based on digital transformation important for sharing and service (value) delivering. In accordance with that each circular principal doubles as a “requirement” for thriving in a fragmented global economy. Importance of examined studies and wider perspective of their outcomes could be reflected on macro environmental level of society. The diversity of analytical and evaluative perspectives on individual digital models, as well as the extent to which these tools can be applied in the tourism sector, is supported by a rich and extensive body of literature By examining the influence of digital technologies on tourism, the focus is placed on the added value created through more efficient communication and the advantages of modern digital solutions that ensure accessibility, information competitiveness, personalization, and real time interaction. These elements shape composition of market structures, role of belonging players and tools that enhance product availability, value delivery and an efficient management.
