Management style and management model as success critical factor in corporations with high workforce

Abstract:
The significance of a workforce as production factor has a crucial influence as well on the success as the competitive position of a corporation. The aim is the review of the question if an optimal management model in corporations with high workforce exists and allows verification. In the context of validity of personnel resources the purpose, management models and management styles as success critical factors in corporations with high workforce are empirically surveyed and evaluated and a possible composition is developed, which is in accord with the requirement profile of the topic. An effective and decisive competitive factor is the individual choice of a qualified management style and management models constitutive on a professional and social competence of managers. An important criterion for a successful integration of an enlarged scope of duties in the future will be the clear definition of the purpose a manager needs to fulfil.
