The "soft" and "hard" scenarios of development of the Russian economy in the medium term

Abstract:
The development of socio-economic development of Russia is complicated by the growing impact of the global crisis on the financial markets, cause a slowdown in the Russian economy. Obviously, the uncertainty as to the dynamics of individual indicators of economic development is also greatly increased. Accordingly in this paper, we present the two most likely, in our view, the external conditions change scenario, determine the development of the Russian economy in 2009-2011.
