Abstract: The volume of housing in Russia, I was 61 million square feet in 2007. m, which is 19.4% more than in 2006. Unfortunately, in 2008, according to Rosstat, fixed slowdown in housing construction (Fig. 1). In 2008, we put into operation 765 700. dwellings (apartments and individual houses) with a total area of 63.8 million square meters. m, which was 104.5% by 2007. The main negative impact of the financial problems in the market will affect the housing commissioning in 2009.
