Abstract:
Russia, because of its great potential and development of traditions in the field of basic research in the field of science, can also become a significant player on the global biotechnology industry. But first you must create the conditions so that here in a short time the firm was organized, ability to successfully commercialize their innovations to produce competitive products and promote them on the market. There may be a considerable benefit to bring the study of the US experience, who managed for a short time to create and develop the most powerful in the world's biotech industry. Equally useful is the study of the concrete steps and measures taken by other countries, which in a short time were able to create at actively developing biotechnology industry.
