Ekonomicheskaya Politika / Economic Policy, 2010, vol. 5, 143-155
Abstract:
The article contains the analyses of the changes that have occurred recently in the area of international cooperation in science and technology. Two levels of international cooperation are analyzed: federal level and the level of research organizations (research universities). It is shown that at the federal level the priorities are clarified, and the accent is shifted now on the applied research and innovation projects. At the same time research universities do not see yet international cooperation as a core element of their long-term development plans.
