Abstract: Conferences regularly carried out by the Academy of National economy (now Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Assistanse under the President of RF), always were practical oriented, being a combination of topical issues of development of economic science more relevant Economic challenges politicians. But now, in front of us It is even more complex and demanding a task. As everyone probably knows, recently Prime Minister Vladimir Putin instructed at RANHiGS President of the Russian Federation and the HSE start expert examination of key Strategic Development the country until 2020. This work began, and we consider this Conference as one of the stages of work on a new strategy. That is why we will be with interest wait for the results of the new Academy.
