Abstract:
The authors believe that in the nearest future a dominating neoclassical paradigm of development has to be changed for a synergetic one. As a result, capitalism will give place to a socio-economic system bearing essentially different features, first of all, a new structure of the market with the priority of the strategic market; the mechanism of convergence between financial capital and the state. That entails principally new mentality of society, encouraging much higher social energy.
