Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problems of formation, development, transfer and preservation of family business. There are the results of research and analysis of surveys conducted among a representative number of successful entrepreneurs of various sectors and regions of Russia. The stability of family business requires professional management and the continuous family involvement in supporting both strategic and current innovations related to the competitiveness of the family-owned companies.
