Abstract:
This article analyzes the processes of mergers and acquisitions in the field of modern Russian education. Considered the key prerequisite for the integration of universities, analyzed the potential sources of synergy mergers. Much attention is paid to finding ways to improve the integration of education, in particular the choice of the optimal structural form merger as well as the harmonization of management styles and corporate cultures of the integrable universities. The analysis of the merger in the area of ??business education on the example of the Graduate School of Corporate Management and the two are integrated into the structure of its business schools.
