Abstract: Having received the first issue of "economic policy" with great interest familiarized with the materials of the discussion around the draft law "On the goods and services of general economic interest and pricing on them", prepared by the Federal Service for Tariffs of the Russian Federation. Earlier in the magazine "Profil" was followed by a discussion of the same bill, the text of speeches have been published under the catchy headlines: "Gosplan on hearing", "State regulation on the threshold", "give up on the plan."
