How to speed up economic growth in Russia?

Abstract:
Economic growth rates are an important indicator of the success of the economic policy of the state and welfare of the population. Therefore, the President of the Russian Federation Government has set the goal of doubling Russia's GDP in ten years. This brought a new round of debate about the factors of economic growth and characteristics of economic growth in Russia in particular.
