Abstract: The economic crisis that has engulfed the world economy in 2008 is, according to many economists, one of the most serious economic upheaval after World War II. Since the crisis served as a source of imbalances of the US financial system and the housing bubble sulkily on the US real estate market, the majority of current research focused on the study conducted by the US financial authorities policy to overcome the crisis.
