Abstract:
The article gives a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the growth rate of tax revenues. Since the beginning of deceleration key macroeconomic indicators of the country are clearly evident imbalances of economic growth. A negative growth of the industrial sector and low investment activity show a significant increase in incomes and consumer demand, thereby maintaining the GDP at 1.4%. The analysis leads to the conclusion that the volatile dynamics of macroeconomic indicators of the economy is directly reflected in the growth rate of tax revenues. Personal income tax and property taxes demonstrate growth, while the main budget taxes that reflect the state of the real sector are in the zone of negative values.
