New privatization: new risks

Abstract: The article analyzes the initiatives of the Government of the Russian Federation in the sphere of privatization policies that are associated with the development of the new Concept of state property offered for public discussion and received a mixed assessment of the scientific community. Particular attention is paid to the comparative analysis of the goals and methods of privatization in various stages of development of the Russian economy, consider the possibilities of the privatization policy in solving the problems of increasing the efficiency of state property management, identification of novelty of the project forecast plan of privatization of federal property in years 2014-2016, as well as feasibility of the concept of the proposed change Government version.
