Abstract: The article examines the characteristics of the system of the Chechen Republic at the present stage of development. We analyzed the main socio-economic indicators of Chechnya for 2007-2011. On the basis of analyzing and comparing system characteristics of the republic, with the same characteristics of the region of the South Russian authors conclude that current is still in the country of regional policy is not able to bring it to the level of a full and beneficial integration into a single socio-economic space of the country and the world economic processes. To achieve these goals, the authors offer a systematic approach to solving key problems of the republic in post-conflict development.
