Abstract:
The article explains that the adverse results of 2013 are not random. They relate not only to the fact that urgent measures were not taken for economic reform, but also to the fact that measures have been taken, deteriorating business climate. A number of processes since the Yukos affair has demonstrated a measure of insecurity of private property in Russia. This has contributed to an institutional atmosphere where it becomes dangerous to operate successfully, deprived of business confidence in the future and trust in the government, causing fear to invest in the domestic economy, pushed to a conclusion capital from the country. 2013 was characterized by an absolute decline in investment in fixed assets and a very low growth of major economic indicators. Various aspects of the economic situation in the real economy, monetary, financial, defining the main features of 2013.
