Abstract:
Particular attention is paid to the reasons blocking the process of innovation development of the Russian economy. The author analyzes the logic and the results of the reforms in higher education, science and material production. It is noted that due to the inconsistency of reforming these sectors of the national economy and the imperfection of the institutional infrastructure of innovation sphere is developing very slowly. One of the fundamental sectors of the innovation economy is a system of higher education, therefore, focuses on improving the quality of training of graduates, the elimination of disparities in higher and secondary special school, which will reduce the risk of unemployment among graduates of universities and colleges. Research is devoted to finding ways of overcoming the fragmentation of education, science and the real economy and to develop proposals for the formation of the institutional infrastructure, market mechanisms integrating major components of innovative economy.
