Ekonomicheskaya Politika / Economic Policy, 2015, vol. 5, 71-90 Abstract: This article is devoted to the little-known in the scientific literature of the problem of the elimination of institutional deficits in the regulatory framework of the activities of the representative organizations of employers in Russia.
