Abstract:
It is shown that the current climate policy largest national economies is based on the conjugate benefits - benefits that reduce greenhouse gas emissions provides for energy efficiency, new technologies, health, energy security, etc. This has influenced the development and conclusion of a new climate agreement.. UN. In the years 2020-2030 the country must change climate policy, optimizing their long-term costs of reducing emissions and adaptation to the adverse climate change.
