Abstract:
The article describes the framework TPRA for a comprehensive assessment of scientific and technological projects. Its comparison with other methods of evaluation of technologies is given. The Framework TPRA allows to evaluate some of possible risks to the institution of innovative development within the processes of R&D-supporting. The practical application of the approaches described in the article demonstrates the results of using the framework TPRA in the practical activities of the Internet Initiatives Development Fund in the field of creating a technological enterprise of the digital economy in the region Yugra.
