Abstract: The editors of the “Municipality: Economics and Management” journal are pleased to introduce our respected colleague, the director of the Western branch of the Presidential Academy in Kaliningrad, Mikhail Yuryevich Plyukhin, who spoke about the university: its history and modernity, plans and achievements. The director of the Ural Institute of Management – branch of RANEPA, Oleg Vasilyevich Gushchin, talks with Mikhail Yuryevich.
