Abstract: Subject. Corporate project management system (CPMS). Purpose. To identify opportunities for improvement and modernization of corporate project management systems and evaluate implementation efficiency. Methods. The study of a variety of information sources, information analysis, survey, analogy. Results. The main approaches to improve the corporate management system are identified. Scientific novelty. The main steps to the analysis of the efficiency of the corporate project management system are systematized and the optimization of the corporate project management system is proposed.
