Abstract:
In this article, the author analyzes the legal aspects of the actions of customs officers, identifying in the process of their customs control of goods containing information that can cause harm to the morality of citizens. This category of goods prohibited for transfer through the customs border in connection with what the author in this article examines not only the legal but also the institutional aspects of actions of officials of customs bodies at revealing of the facts of illegal movement across the customs border of such goods.
