Abstract:
The relevance of the topic is due to the increased role of the education system in ensuring the progress of modern society and the economy. The development of organizations in this field largely depends on the effectiveness of the system of social and labor relations at the local level and the quality of the communication processes taking place in them. Goal. The study of communication processes in the social and labor relations of organizations in the field of higher education in the Voronezh region in terms of their specifics, existing barriers and promising areas of improvement. Methodology. A set of methods of deduction, induction, analysis and synthesis. The empirical base of the research is based on the implementation of the sociological survey method. Results and conclusions. Based on the research and evaluation of communication processes taking place in the social and labor relations of educational organizations, their specifics, main problems are identified and recommendations for their leveling are developed. It is proved that in order to improve organizational communications, attention should be focused on developing the motivation of employees of educational organizations, creating a favorable organizational and psychological climate, symbiosis of formal and informal relationships, as well as maintaining the «openness» of the information system necessary for effective work. Scope of application. The sphere of social and labor relations in educational organizations.
