Abstract:
The relevance of the topic. The use of digital technologies in the field of healthcare, aimed at creating a unified IT system for organizing medical care at all levels and stages of providing medical services to patients, is an urgent task, the solution of which ensures an improvement in the quality of life of the population. Goal. Creating an effective organizational model of interaction at the stage of billing for medical services. Methodology. Methods of logical and functional analysis, empirical generalization. Results and conclusions. The development and implementation of organizational measures made it possible to optimize the billing process for medical services provided to patients, aimed at minimizing errors by specialists during diagnostic search and improving the internal organizational architecture of the medical organization. The approbation of the organizational model in the practice of medical care has confirmed its effectiveness and expediency of application. Scope of application. The practice of providing medical services in healthcare institutions and organizations.
