Abstract:
The article presents the results of a study of the dynamics of production volumes of meat products, for example, poultry at the macro, meso and micro level (national, individual regions and specific producers of poultry factories). Identified the advantages and disadvantages of different methods of growing chickens. Examines the factors influencing the formation of quality and competitiveness of chicken meat products, the final conclusions with recommendations and suggestions.
