Abstract:
The current situation in single-industry towns requires coordination of strategy of socio-economic development of territories with the ongoing personnel policy, and in particular with personnel security areas. The author, considering the personnel security, distinguishes it from the perspective of protection of employees against various risks (ranging from unpaid salaries, ending the risk of dismissal in connection with liquidation or bankruptcy). Examples of specific monterrery the author shows a possible strategy to minimize HR risks for the population of these territories.
