Abstract: 22-24 November 2017 in Sukhum (Republic of Abkhazia) was held international scientific-practical conference "Strategy of development of Russian-Abkhazian relations in the context of the establishment of the interstate program of national security." The organizers of this scientific event – Sochi state University and Abkhaz state University. The conference was held on the basis of the Abkhazian state University (grant RFH № 17-23-12501/17-OGON от 08.06.2017). The purpose of the conference is discussion of the concept of national security and defense not only through the prism of military-political relations, but also through financial-economic, demographic, social, ethno-cultural and informational security of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia.
