Abstract:
In this article the author presents the results of his sociological research, which is devoted to studying the opinions of adult citizens of the Russian Federation, who reside or temporarily arrive on the territory of the Rostov region, about nihilism in the civil service, its features and reasons. The obtained results of empirical research allow to formulate a definition of "nihilism civil servants" and identify the forms and causes, and of occurrence of such deviation in the public service.
