Abstract: The main problems of introduction and development of practice of project management at the domestic enterprises in modern social and economic conditions are considered in the article. The authors analyzed the theoretical aspects and practice of project management, the formation of highly effective teams in both the commercial sector and in government. Recommendations and considerations for the organization and development of project activities at enterprises.
