Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of personnel potential, formed in recent years in the regions and municipalities of the Russian Federation, in particular in the Bekovsky district of the Penza region. The cause of labor migration to major cities and the emergence of unemployment at the municipal level is revealed. An analysis of the demographic situation in the Bekovsky district and a forecast of its condition are carried out. Prospective directions of development of agricultural branch in the conditions of reduction of number of able-bodied population are revealed. Proposed and justified projects, the implementation of which will help to consolidate specialists in the countryside and improve the standard of living of the population, as well as bring revenue to the local budget.
