Abstract: Article is devoted to relevant methods of the predicative analysis of bankruptcy of the organizations within creation of expected and functional system. Key instruments of carrying out the analysis and implementation of the forecast of economic entities whose activity is close to bankruptcy are considered. In the conclusion the conclusion is drawn on conditions of development and applicability of modern techniques of predicting of bankruptcy.
