Abstract:
The article presents a four-level model of integration of the public management system, reflecting the risks of the technical level. As an instrument for leveling and eliminating the above problems and risks, it is proposed to use the author's software product E-CCM, which provides a synergistic effect of interaction between the technological system and the intellectual potential of society representatives.
