Abstract: The article considers the problem of increasing the efficiency of land administration at the municipal level in the Russian Federation, in particular, in the territory of the Pachelmsky district of the Penza region. The author's model of the organizational-economic mechanism aimed at forming strategies for the integrated development of the territory of the municipal formation is proposed. Within the framework of the proposed model, the main indicators of the functioning of the territory of the municipality are analyzed and land management tools are considered. Suggested directions for further improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of land resources management at the municipal level.
