State and Municipal Management Scholar Notes, 2018, vol. 3, 129-134

Abstract: In the article the main problems of clusterization of agroindustrial complex in non-Chernozem region are characterized, and in particular flax branch, that is connected with government character of cluster initiatives support. The prerequisites of creation of interregional flax clusters are determined. The authors offer to activate cluster approach by means of federal government programme of support of flax clusters considering subsidizing of cluster projects both in industry and agriculture.
