Abstract:
This article is devoted to the analysis of agriculture of Finland. It examines the dynamics of popula-tion, GDP, GNI per capita and dynamics of production of major crops and productivity of livestock. The study suggests that agriculture fully meets the needs of the country. The aim of the study is to analyze the development of agriculture of Finland, based on which the following conclusions on the priorities to transform the agricultural sector of the economy: agriculture fully meets the needs of the country in meat and dairy products and mainly in food and feed grains; cereals occupy about 1/3 of the cultivated area. Finland is also exporting quite a lot, ranging from agricultural products and finishing engineering.
