Abstract: The article reveals topical issues of the formation of state policy in the field of digital transformation. The regulatory legal acts regulating relations in the sphere of digitalization, information technologies were studied. Changes in the field of digitalization are analyzed. The positive experience of foreign countries in the field of digital management is taken into account.
