Abstract:
The problem of social engineering 2.0 is posed. The significance of evaluations of social and engineering competencies, tied to the main stages of the management cycle, is substantiated. The strengths and weak-nesses of these competencies are considered. Based on the analysis of the needs of civil servants in the formation of such competencies, a pilot course "Administrative Engineering" is offered.
