Abstract:
In article dynamics of the attitude towards disabled people is considered, evolution of these relations in Russia and in the West is briefly presented. The diversity and ambiguity of the attitude towards disabled people in modern society is presented. On the basis of the analysis of the all-Russian representative polls on a problem it is shown that development of the benevolent attitude towards persons with restrictions of health becomes a steady tendency of development of the sociocultural environment of modern Russian society.
