Abstract: In context of growing economic difficulties, a special place in the system of public administration held discussions about the need of increase the effectiveness of the executive bodies of the Russian Federation. The possibility of implementing one or another tool in this case should be theoretically and practically justified. This article analyzes the possibility of creating a federal shared service center by reflecting the main advantages of implementing such type of tool, classifying the emerging positive effects, structuring the stages of creation and giving examples of the actual implementation shared service centers in life.
