Abstract:
The article examines the issues of efficient use of human resources potential in the sphere of public budget purchases. With the transition to the digital basis of most of the functions of public budget purchases and the need for specialists with a proper level of competence in digital and procurement spheres, the authors consider the potential of the digital personal development trajectory for the contract manager. The possibilities of implementing the requirements for the professional management of the customer's purchasing policy in the contract system through the proposed trajectory of the professional development of specialists in the procurement sphere are determined by arguments.
