Abstract: The idea about need of formation of loyalty of the consumer at subjects of the Russian tourist market for the purpose of receiving effective profit on purchase of a tourist product is proved in this article. The attention to need of creation of separate policy of advance of uniform brands and complex products through formation of loyalty of cli-ents is focused. Activity of such leading airlines, hotels and tour operators as «Aeroflot», «S7 Airlines», «UTair» are analyzed various the loyalty program in the tourist industry, in particular; «Аmax», «President-Hotel»; «Tez Tour». The conclusion that the technology of formation of the loyalty program has to be considered by the companies as the investment bringing to the organization income due to growth of repeated purchases of loyal consumers is drawn.
